should a rapper have to acknowledge a ghostwriter if he uses one?
if a rapper has a ghostwriter write lyrics for a song shouldnt he give credit to the ghostwriter? maybe they do and i just dont know it.
i think he or she should. if its not your lyrics let us know who’s they are and dont take credit for stuff thats not yours.
I think they should just not use them, period. If you can’t write your own rhymes, then stop pretending you belong in the rap game.
I do agree with you for the most part – it’s wrong to take credit for someone else’s work. But then, that is the point of ghostwriting, and the Ghostwriters themselves know that when they sign up for it.

Thing I don’t get is why everyone gets so pissed of with the people who use ghostwriters, but not at the ghostwriters themselves. Guess it hurts less to get mad at Diddy than it does to admit that Nas is a bit of a sell out for writing for him.
As bad as it is to use them, it’s just as bad to enable these no-talent fools by writing for them if someone offers you enough cash.
